Some of the best customer service I have experienced, the team actually return calls when they say they will, the product was delivered next day, very well packaged, and they also followed up to confirm all was ok with the delivery.
Ordered on a Wednesday for a camping trip on Saturday. Phoned to enquire would I have it on time, and was told it would be with me the next day. Arrived on the Thursday no issues
My awning was leaking alot in different spots but after using fabsil it worked wonders I was shocked how well it worked and everything was dry even after a very heavy rain. Really recommended this. The product was delivered within two days and was well wrapped and packaged. Thank you 😊
I have bought 5 ltr Fabsil Golf from Sportsden and it was dispatched next day and had it super well wrapped and packed within 2 days. Site is easy to deal with and clear. Will be ordering again.
Review of fabsil Fabsil gold wasnt available but I was offered a refund or an alternative type. Very pleased with delivery . And was kept informed at all times. Kept awning waterproof
Considerate The order was delivered to the wrong address, not Sportden fault but they phoned to let me know and where I could pick the order up from. The order was swifty processed by them and well packed. Overall excellent service.
Prompt delivery I bought this product for sealing the cloth roof of a vintage car, on the strong recommendation of a family member. Although I havent tried it myself yet, I can confirm he is very happy with it. I can confirm it arrived promptly and well-packaged.
Excellent product Have used Fabsil universal for years on my tent, only discovered Fabsil Gold which is a way stronger and keeps my tent waterproof the whole season. 5L drum is best value.
