First of all, I got a call on the afternoon that I made the order to let me know that my order would be processed the next day, as they had left the ware house. I ordered the jacket in size 14 & when it arrived it was too large, I exchanged it for a smaller size & as I was going to be away, they organised delivery for the following Monday & the replacement arrived on time & the first item was returned with the courrier. I'm delighted with the jacket, but more importantly, I am delighted to do business with an Irish company & experience super customer service. Thank you Marguerite
