The product is fantastic and exactly as described. Shipping and service were excellent. The price was very competitive, and I really appreciated the fact that it was shipped in a sturdy box—an excellent idea to protect the item. If I had to mention one criticism, it’s that the jacket was placed inside the cardboard box without any plastic bag. This meant the garment was in direct contact with the cardboard. Mine arrived slightly dusty with some cardboard residue and a faint smell of damp paper. Since it’s an expensive jacket, I would have preferred it to be wrapped in a protective bag before being placed in the box. Aside from this small issue, I am extremely satisfied and will definitely purchase again! Sportsden 100% recommended.
